Words are hard, and grief can be messy. Grief is a universal human experience that can bring up a lot of different feelings. Whether you have recently lost a pet or a loved one, or you’ve experienced grief throughout your life, you are invited to attend this workshop.

Coping with the loss of someone is one of life’s toughest challenges. Although a normal reaction to loss, grief can feel overwhelming and affect daily activity. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Join us for a 2 hour group with a few strategies to help with the grieving process and learn about programs going on throughout the province.

The last Tuesday of every month, Airdrie Pride Society presents Be Gay Do Crafts, a BYOC (Bring Your Own Crafts), conversation, and 2SLGBTQ+ community building program.
