Words are hard, and grief can be messy. Grief is a universal human experience that can bring up a lot of different feelings. Whether you have recently lost a pet or a loved one, or you’ve experienced grief throughout your life, you are invited to attend this workshop.

Daniella Paulich, Canadian Certified Counsellor and Professionally Trained Art Therapist with Vecova’s Mental Health Services, is returning to offer an art therapy workshop focused on grief. In this workshop, we invite participants to embrace the messiness and the feelings that come along with grief while we connect through therapeutic art-making and conversation.  The goal of this workshop is to normalize the grieving experience, allow our grief to have a voice, and process some feelings through art.

Vecova is a leading edge, registered and accredited charitable organization that has been meeting the lifelong and changing needs of persons with disabilities and the community since 1969 through our programs and services, social research and innovation and enterprises.
